（中央社記者呂欣憓台北9日電）陸軍航空特戰部軍官勞乃成的父親勞則康長年在中國大陸經商惹議。國防部官員今天表示，對勞乃成有評鑑和查核，也了解勞則康在大陸的行為沒有傷害國家。

陸軍航空特戰部601旅軍官勞乃成私帶藝人李蒨蓉等親友入營引起軒然大波，勞乃成父親勞則康今天親自出面召開記者會致歉。

勞則康曾任陸軍司令部副參謀長，退伍後長年在大陸經商引起爭議。不過，勞則康上午在台大校友會館召開記者會時表示，她是退伍後過了管制期到大陸公司擔任行政管理工作，3年多前退職，目前沒有任何工作。

民主進步黨籍立法委員陳亭妃今天在立法院外交國防委員會質詢時質疑，勞乃成擔任飛官，父親卻在大陸經商，這是否有洩密問題？

國防部長高廣圻答詢表示，軍方對飛行軍官會有評鑑和查核。

國防部政治作戰局長王明我說，像勞乃成這樣的服空勤人員，有空安管制鑑定，由於勞則康是退役軍人，軍方了解勞則康在大陸經商，也了解他在大陸的行為沒對國家有傷害或軍機洩密問題。

陳亭妃問軍方是否在監控勞則康，王明我說，不是用監控，是用觀察，且勞乃成本身在這個職務負有保防責任。1040409
