行政院大陸委員會副主委吳美紅下午在例行記者會表示，國防部對此已有說明，提到陸方演習涉及區域是在福建省圍頭外海約14海里處。這是共軍年度計畫性訓練任務，國軍已有掌握，政府相關機關也會持續關注。

中國海事局上午在官網公布，共軍11日至13日下午3時至5時在台灣海峽進行實彈射擊軍事演習，射擊高度8000公尺，禁止任何船隻駛入。

吳美紅說，中華民國剛舉辦年度「政軍兵推」和「漢光31號演習」實兵演練，這是政府年度例行性演習，相關規畫與辦理方式，是由主政機關國家安全會議、國防部處理。

吳美紅指出，過去7年多來，兩岸在「九二共識、一中各表」基礎上，推動兩岸關係和平穩定發展，但大陸當局到現在也沒有放棄武力犯台，「所以我們仍然應該要有自我防衛的堅定決心和準備」。

她說，政府因此還是會持續辦理相關兵棋推演和演習。
